Ridgewood

Famous for his original restaurant in Hanoi and his celebrity TV chef status, noor designed the first signature Bobby Chinn restaurant in Saigon, located as part of a 5-star development, Kuhmo Link, in the centre of the city, which is adjacent to the Intercontinental Hotel.  

The design is to showcase what can be done in Vietnam and uses local material wherever possible to embellish a truly international level restaurant. 

The restaurant, bar and lounge have been designed as a theatre stage and are fully adaptable with the bar and open kitchen counters positioned at the edges, allowing for a large central open space, divisible by large theatre curtains. This allows events such as fashion shows to happen in-between the actions of the restaurant itself
