Located on an island off the Palm Jumeirah, the challenge for the main restaurant of the new One & Only Resort in Dubai was to create an all day user-friendly environment that can transform from a well laid-out breakfast and lunch to a spectacular dining outlet. Working with the architect, THPJ and Partners and re-known lighting designers ‘The Flaming Beacon’, noor have designed a unique outlet.
