Noor acted as consultant for the overall project design and the lead interior designer for HCM City’s premier luxury serviced apartments working alongside the project architect, Archasia in Hong Kong and project management team HBP Asia in HCM City. The complex comprises of 41 luxuriously appointed villa apartments over seven floors, carefully laid out to cater to residents with the highest international standards. Furnished in contemporary continental style, the dark woods complimented by the richness of the silk, present a combination of sumptuous style and practical, modern living.
